Questions arise about health care law

LATHAM - One day after the Supreme Court decision on the health care law, some local medical professionals are trying to make heads and tails out of it.
They met Friday for a symposium on some of the biggest questions, like cost.
We found out today that it's tough to answer that question with one hundred percent accuracy. we're told that cost, what you pay for health insurance and care today, will depend on implementation of the law.
Medical professionals, from the insurance industry to doctors, lawyers and representatives from hospitals met for a round table discussion in Latham -- one day after the U.S Supreme Court's decision on the affordable health care reform act and it seems many of them had more questions at this stage of the game, than answers about where we go from here.
The law doesn't take effect until 2014. Albany Medical Center President And CEO James Barba says for actual cost, we'll have to wait until implementation of this law.
Barba says millions more Americans will be required to buy health insurance and they will need primary care. There aren't enough doctors right now for the increase.
Brian O'Grady from Blue Shield says if all goes as planned, more people will come into the risk pool, and that should help control costs.
