Man charged in fatal DWI crash due in court Tuesday

MILTON - A 21-year-old man charged in the deadly DWI in Milton this weekend, is due in court Tuesday afternoon.
Police say 21-year-old Gavin Staulters was driving Saturday night, when he struck and killed a 14-year-old girl.
They say the victim was walking along West Milton Road when she was hit.
