Dion Lewis' case adjourned for a week

NFL running back Dion Lewis was scheduled to appear in Albany City Court today.

But his case has been adjourned until next week.

Lewis and his brother are accused of punching a glass door at the Hampton Inn in Albany last weekend when they couldn't get into the hotel. Then they pulled the fire alarm.

Dion Lewis issued an apology.

His brother was released from jail last night and is due back in court August 8.
