Man charged with abusing a mentally disabled man in Northumberland

Police say 65 year old Baker had sexual contact with the victim, who was not able to consent due to his mental disability, several times between October and July. Baker was arraigned in the Northumberland Town Court and is scheduled to appear in court on August 7, 2012. The court also issued a stay-away order to protect the welfare of the victim.
