LATHAM - The family of a young Latham girl killed on a mini-golf course near Orlando, Florida is suing the resort where she died.
Eleven-year-old Ashton Jojo was electrocuted while taking a golf ball out of a pond on the course, back in June.
Her family accuses Orange Lake Resorts of negligence and is asking for more than $27,000,000 in damages, including emotional distress.
