Toddler falls from second story window

TROY - A two-year-old child fell from a second story window. It happened around 9 p.m. Monday at a home on Ingalls Avenue.
The child was taken to Albany Medical Center with serious head trauma. Police say he is not likely to recover.
No arrests have been made.
