Man accused of receiving over $19,000 in NYS unemployment while fully employed

Richard A. Wolfe Jr. is accused of receiving over $19,000.00 in NYS Unemployment Insurance benefits from 2008 to 2010 that he was not entitled to.

The arrest is a result of a NYS police investigation where Wolfe is accused of receiving over $19,000.00 in NYS Unemployment Insurance benefits from 2008 to 2010 that he was not entitled to.

Wolfe is also being accused of filing false information with the NYS Department of labor by reporting that he was totally unemployed when in fact he was employed on a full time basis. 

Wolfe is facing charges of grand larceny and offering a false instrument for filing.
