FORT PLAIN - A businessman in Montgomery County is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy and police are concerned there may be more victims.

Police say their case against 62-year-old Dennis Todd has been expanding since his arrest Saturday night. It stems from a year-long investigation.

Todd is the owner of Daylight Donuts in Fort Plain.

Police are asking anyone else who may have been subjected to inappropriate contact by Todd to give them a call.
