WASHINGTON COUNTY - Two people from Washington County stumble across a dropped debit card and then use it.

Police say the card belonged to a Federal Agent.

NewsChannel13’s media partners at the Post Star report Jacob Chaplin and Rushelle Gosselin used the card to buy about $50.00 dollars worth of cigarettes and booze.

They're also accused of trying to use it to take out money.

The card belonged to a Drug Enforcement Administration agent who dropped the card while stopping for gas in Whitehall.
