FORT PLAIN - Dennis Todd, the man facing accusations of sexual assault threw a brick at a NewsChannel13 photographer Friday.
Todd was on his way out of the police station in Fort Plain after picking up his belongings when he became agitated.
At one point Todd began chasing NewsChannel13’s photographer and cornered him on a hill, yelling obscenities.
Police nearby rushed to the scene to stop him from attacking our photographer.
Todd was subdued, handcuffed and taken away.
NewsChannel13 was there to ask him about accusations that he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old boy.
Todd is a well-known businessman in Fort Plain.
He owns a donut shop and a plaza in town, and was out on bail on the sexual assault charge. Police say it was a one year investigation that led to that arrest, and that more people are coming forward, saying they may be victims.
Police say he'll be going back to jail on more charges for attacking NewsChannel13’s photographer.
