Capital Region kids say goodbye to Summer vacation

The summer is ending for kids all across the Capital Region.
Today is the first day of classes for students in the Albany City School District.
NewsChannel13 stopped by New Scotland Elementary School Tuesday morning as parents gave hugs and kisses to their children.
School starts in other districts later this week.
