One of America's wealthiest women is willing to make a huge donation to a local charity, but there's a catch.
Doris Buffett is the sister of famed billionaire investor Warren Buffett.
She's agreed to give Hannah's Hope Fund $450,000, but the charity must raise that amount as well.
The charity is hoping to pay for a human clinical trial of a gene replacement therapy for children afflicted with a rare neurodegenerative disorder.
