Albany attorney receives Purple Heart

ALBANY - A local attorney has been awarded the Purple Heart.
Matthew Tully, of Tully Rincky Law Firm in Albany, was injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan last month.
Tully, a lieutenant colonel with the National Guard, stepped down from his chief executive role at the Law Firm earlier this year to carry out his military duties.
Tully is now recovering from his injuries.
He is expected to return to the firm in spring of next year.
