Just hours to go before President Barack Obama's big night at the Democratic Convention and finally, Andrew Cuomo, arrives in North Carolina, where he delivers a rousing campaign speech, but not to a national audience.
For a possible presidential contender in 2016, Andrew Cuomo is being very "low profile" at this democratic gathering.
Cuomo flew in Thursday morning, will stay for president Obama's acceptance speech tonight, and in between he addressed some people who hear him talk all the time: New York Democrats, urging them not to take for granted an Obama victory in the Empire State.
