Rensselaer police officer accused of driving drunk

RENSSELAER - A Rensselaer police officer finds himself on the other side of the law after he's accused of driving drunk.
Troy police arrested 42-year-old Daniel Fumarola of Wynantskill Wednesday night after they say he crashed his car into a water tank.
It happened in a construction area at the intersection of Pawling Avenue and Congress Street.
Fumarola is charged with aggravated DWI.
Police say he also refused to submit to a breath test.
