MAYFIELD - Residents in the Village of Mayfield are under boil water and water conservation orders.

There is little or no water pressure in the village, but officials don't know why.

Water experts have been called in to assess the problem.

The Mayfield School District was shut down today because of the water problem.

The district tells us the wells it uses were dry.

In the meantime, there is no clothes washing, no dish washing, no watering and no car washing for the village residents.
