WASHINGTON COUNTY - A judge in Washington County has dismissed two of the charges against the Greenwich art teacher accused of improper contact with young students.

Eric McHenry was facing six counts, but a judge ruled today that two of them, including the most serious -- misdemeanor sex abuse, should be thrown out.

Judge Michael Keenan ruled that one of McHenry's young accusers is "delusional" and is not able to testify.

McHenry is expected to stand trial in December on 4 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Those counts are related to other alleged victims.

NewsChannel13’s news partners at the Post-Star are reporting that McHenry is no longer employed at Greenwich School because of budget cuts.
