ALBANY - Police investigators from throughout the world are discussing latest techniques today in Albany.
The 25th annual Colonel Henry Williams International Homicide seminar was held Wednesday morning on the Harriman Office Campus.
Top experts in the field are giving lectures.
They include forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who has testified on a long list of famous cases, including the O.J. Simpson murder trial.
State police officials tell us the Williams seminar was started as a one time event.
Instead, in the 25 years, more than 3,500 homicide investigators have received training.
