Police: Teen shoots self and another accidentally

ALBANY - Detectives have arrested a 17-year-old they say accidentally shot himself and a 15-year-old on South Pearl Street Tuesday night.
According to police, Ralon Wilson was handling a loaded handgun when it fired striking himself in the hand and the other teen in the wrist.
Wilson has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both teens were treated at Albany Medical Center and released.
