GREEN ISLAND - 5 students were taken to the hospital as a precaution after a suspicious odor is detected in a Green Island School.

The School Superintendent says the odor was detected just before two this afternoon at the Heatly school.

The building was evacuated, and later deemed safe early Wednesday evening.

The five students taken the hospital complained of dizziness, irritated eyes and headaches.

It's not known yet what caused the odor.
