Schenectady County Legislature to discuss 2% tax cap

More money troubles tonight in Schenectady.
The County Legislature will hold a special meeting tomorrow night to discuss a call to override the 2% tax cap.
The meeting is to deal with an expected budget shortfall in the next fiscal year.
The issue is whether the budget proposal will have the flexibility to override the state mandated property tax.
