A convicted rapist was sentenced today to 22 years in State Prison.

Even though his victim was not able to testify against him in Albany County Court.

Marc Pham forced the woman to have sex with him in September of last year, even though she had an order of protection against him.

Then he made several calls to the woman, while he was in jail, trying to convince her not to testify at his trial.

The woman passed away of natural causes, but a jury still found him guilty.
