South Street in Pittsfield under construction

PITTSFIELD - South Street in Pittsfield in getting a facelift.
A reconstruction project began Monday morning.
For the next couple of weeks, there will be milling and paving work done on South Street from Berkshire Life Insurance to Reed Street.
There are detours posted.
