WILTON - A Saratoga County jury will have to decide if a stabbing incident last fall was road rage, or self defense.
Closing arguments were Tuesday morning in the trial of a retired corrections officer.
64-year-old Frank Soriano says he did it in self defense.
On the stand Monday, Soriano said he was scared to death.
He was bleeding and thought Jeffrey Streicher was going to kill him.
He said he feared for his life and that's why he took the knife out.
When asked if he attacked Streicher, Soriano said quote, "No, I did not."
