Hoosick Falls man accused of sex with girl

A 21-year-old Hoosick Falls man was arrested Monday after police say he had sex with an underage female.
Police were responding to the residence after a report of an unknown problem. After some investigation and a brief struggle, police arrested Kyle Winters.
He's facing a number of charges, including rape, sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
