Police charge woman with threatening to blow up building

FORT EDWARD – Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a woman after they say she threatened to blow up the Department of Social Services building.
Police allege that 26-year-old Lynn Skelton made the threat on a hotline she had called for support.
She was charged with falsely reporting an incident and making a terroristic threat.
She was released on her own recognizance.
