A well-known attorney in the Capital Region has been censured.

Terry Kindlon, is perhaps best known for his defense of convicted ax murderer Christopher Porco.

In a different case, a state appeals court says Kindlon viewed, handled and photographed a document that was on the prosecution's table without permission.

The judges called his conduct "undignified" and discourteous.
