The Town Court Justice for Oppenheim has resigned after he's hit with disciplinary charges by the State.

The Commission on Judicial Conduct accuses Justice Robert Link of failing to advise a defendant of their rights, improperly eliciting admissions, failing to disclose personal involvement in a defendant's business operation and finding a defendant guilty without a plea or trial.

As part of his deal, Link agreed not to seek or accept a future Judicial Office.
