TROY - Troy Mayor Lou Rosamilia unveiled his budget for 2013 on Monday.

The spending plan totals just under $66,000,000, an increase of less than 2% from last year's budget.

There would be no cuts to services and no layoffs.

If approved, the property tax increase would be 2%.

Residents will also see a slight increase in their sewer rates.

The City Council will now hold a series of budget hearings.
