NewsChannel 13 has learned there's been a surprise guilty plea by one of the defendants in a kidnapping case from last year.
22-year-old Eric Loeser pleaded guilty to kidnapping, criminal sex act and sexual abuse in connection with the assault of three children.
Police say Loeser and co-defendant Timothy Kaye, kidnapped a child who lived at the Parson's Group Home in Albany and sexually assaulted him at locations in Saratoga County.
He also pled guilty to abusing two other children.
Loeser is expected to be sentenced to 20-and-a-half years in state prison and twenty years probation.
