Man charged with DWI following hit and run

GUILDERLAND - A man arrested for DWI in the past, is nabbed by police, again.
Police say 25-year-old Michael Mitchell was involved in a hit and run on Route 20 in Guilderland yesterday.
He was found in the parking lot of JHI Industries in Duanesburg.
They say he refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Police say he also had marijuana on him.
Mitchell is now in the Schenectady County Jail.
