Construction worker hit by car in Nassau

NASSAU - A construction worker is in critical condition after he's hit by a company truck on the job.

It happened around 9a.m. Wednesday on route 20 near Coldwater Road in Nassau.

Police say a construction workers lost control of the truck, which then hit the victim breaking both of his ankles.

The accident is under investigation.
