Itching for some good eats today? Head down to Troy. The city’s 6th annual Chowderfest is taking place. This is video from last year.
For only $1 you can sample as many chowders as you like. This year, 17 restaurants are taking part. It goes from 10:00 to 3:00 in Riverfront Park.
