Police investigating counterfeit cash incidents in Colonie

COLONIE -Colonie Police are searching for several people who are passing counterfeit cash throughout the area.
Police say over the last 3 weeks there have been 8 incidents involving counterfeit $20 bills, and 4 involving fake $100 bills.
Police believe these are 2 separate cases of people passing fake $20 bills
and fake $100 bills.
Anyone with information is asked to call Colonie Police.
