TROY – The man accused of gunning down a rap artist in Troy will not accept a plea deal.
A police source tells WNYT that Allen McBee turned down an offer to plead guilty to first-degree manslaughter and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
McBee is charged with murder in the death of Shakim Miller in March. The fatal shooting was on Second Street.
