Tae Kwon Do and other forms of martial arts have been steadily growing in popularity as parents look to help boost their kids’ confidence and abilities in self defense.
Pai's Tae Kwon Do is one of the most well known programs in our area. Doo-Young Pai joined us to talk about a big competition coming up in the Capital Region.
