ARGYLE - Residents of the Tamarack Mobile Home Park in Argyle contacted us about what they said was the repeated abuse of several puppies.
Some of the neighbors even went into the home and rescued two of the dogs on their own.
They said the dogs were kept in a shower stall that had been duct taped and had no food or water.
The sheriff's department went to check it out and tells us there was no evidence of laws broken and that the dogs had food, so they are not filing any charges.
