A local breast cancer organization is getting a financial shot in the arm from Hannaford.

'To Life' says the $15,000 contribution it received today comes from a joint effort by Hannaford and one of its suppliers, C.H. Robinson.

The money comes from the sale of watermelons at Hannaford over the past year.

'To Life' is a non-profit group created in 1998 to provide breast cancer support services and education.
