Fourth Annual Food and Wine Festival announced

ALBANY - Top chefs from the Capital Region and hundreds of wine and beer companies are coming together to help raise money for the arts.
Details of the fourth annual Wine and Dine for the Art's were announced Tuesday4 morning.
The money raised will go to art groups in Albany including Capital Rep, Park Playhouse and the Albany Symphony Orchestra.
The three day festival begins January 17 at Hotel Albany.
