ALBANY - Protesters tied up traffic in downtown Albany this morning.

A group called Money out of Politics brought its 99 Banners to the Empire State Plaza.

They were planning on hanging the banners off the south wall of the plaza, but instead marched to City Hall.

The banners have been hanging from highway overpasses, each banner shows one of 99 reasons to get money out of politics for the 99 percent.

The group says it's an outgrowth of Occupy Albany movement.

The anniversary of the Occupy Albany movement is this Sunday.
