Hand found in Albany recycling plant

ALBANY - A gruesome discovery was made at a trash recycling plant in Albany.
Workers found what appears to be a hand buried under all the newspapers and plastic bottles and metal cans.
Albany Police Spokesman Steven Smith confirms the discovery and says an investigation is underway.
Smith could not confirm whether the hand came from a human or an animal.
