Car crashes into East Greenbush doctor's office

EAST GREENBUSH - Some people visiting their doctor's office in East Greenbush had a close call after a car went out of control and hit the building at 2 Empire Drive.

The driver was an 85-year-old man from Rensselaer.

He was not injured.

He told police he doesn’t know what happened, but it appears he hit the accelerator while trying to park, and the car jumped the curb.

Police say no tickets were issued.
