BETHLEHEM - Police have arrested two people on burglary charges, and they say the couple may be responsible for other break-ins across Albany and Rensselaer Counties.

Aaron Shoemaker of Troy and Lindsey Rich of West Sand Lake are scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Bethlehem, on Tuesday.

Police say they got a call from a woman in Selkirk who said she had just confronted two strangers in her home.

Police say they located a vehicle matching the description the woman gave them, and Shoemaker and Rich were arrested.
