RENSSELAER - New York's attorney general strikes a deal with Yankee Trails to help better serve the disabled.

Eric Schneiderman accused the Rensselaer-based bus company of placing significant and unlawful barriers on customers with disabilities.

That includes demanding proof of a person's disability.

Under the deal, Yankee Trails will create new policies to provide the disabled with full and equal access to its bus routes.
