ALBANY - Residents of certain neighborhoods in downtown Albany can soon start applying for parking permits.
This Saturday, residents of the Mansion, Pastures and Ten Broeck Triangle neighborhoods can apply for and buy their permits, which cost $25.
Details will be posted on the city's website.
The permit parking system was supposed to take effect October 1.
It's been pushed back to at least November 1.
