Troy Police investigate shooting

TROY - Police are investigating a shooting that happened Tuesday evening.
They say one person was shot in the arm near Ida and 4th streets.
The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspects got away in a vehicle.
