Man in Schenectady robbed at gunpoint

Schenectady Police Department is investigating a robbery at gunpoint that occurred early Saturday evening in the City's Hamilton Hill neighborhood.

A male victim reports he was in his vehicle in the Hulett St. and Grant Ave. area when three black men approached him wielding a handgun. The robbers demanded he exit, then made off with the vehicle and other personal items. So far no arrests have been made.

Police are looking for a black Nissan Sentra with the NY license plate number FYA6790. It was last seen heading northbound on Hulett St. toward Albany St. Anyone with information is encouraged to call Schenectady Police at (518) 382-5245.
