GREENE COUNTY - Police are putting up caution tape along the waters edge in Coxsackie, urging people to stay away from the water front.

The city is expecting a total of 3-5 inches of rain, although flooding is not as much of a concern as high winds.

Officials are saying that the river front is a place to watch, especially considering the full moon, high tide, and releasing water from the Mohawk.

Mayor advises people to be alert, the next high tide is at 5 a.m.
