Man sentenced in rape of 15-year-old

One of two men who kidnapped and raped a 15-year-old boy from an Albany home last year will spend eight years in prison.
Timothy Kaye has been sentenced.
He and co-defendant Eric Loeser raped the boy multiple times over a twenty day period starting in July last year.
Kaye pled guilty to the crime back in May.
Loeser entered his guilty plea earlier this month.
