ALBANY - A State Thruway Authority Meeting scheduled for Friday has been postponed.
The authority was expected to vote to increase tolls for truckers by as much as 45%
That drew criticism from the unshackle upstate business group and from assemblyman Jim Tedisco.
They accuse the authority of trying to sneak in the vote while the public was distracted by Hurricane Sandy recovery.
The meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday.
The Thruway Authority still has not provided an agenda for the gathering.
